Our Activities!

Hand-made recycle 'bins'!

10th April 2012-
One of the activities that we have done to raise the awareness is making our own recycle bin since our place does not have recycle bins. We put the recycle bins in our class to collect wasted materials. Suprisingly, many of our classmates supported us by helping to fill up the handmade recycle bins. Now what did we do with the wasted materials? Well.... We reused them! We created new things using those wasted materias.

These are the recycle 'bins' that we made. It may be simple but hey, we used recycled (wasted materials) to make this bin.

Besides that, we also sent out some sort of flyers to the neighbourhood. This can also helps us to raise the awareness.

This is Hanisah, one of our team members.. She helped us give out the flyers with two other team members.
Location: GMI, Selangor, Malaysia.

This is Zahirah.. Putting the flyers into her neighbour's mailboxes.
Location: Seksyen 2, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia.

This is Afiqah.. also helping.
Location: Alam Sari, Selangor, Malaysia.

We have also conducted other activities such as reusing wasted materials.
Check out our projects using wasted materials:

1) Robot moneybox
2) We also made a picture frame using ice cream sticks!
3) Besides, We also created a stationary holder

We can also create a moving can robot. But of course you would need to buy some of the components..

4 of our members did this project (creating something new using used materials), while the other two helped with gathering the items. All of our team members participated in this project. :D
